Electro-Load |
A completely electric Control Loading System to simulate
the feel characteristics utilizing a digital computer for the control model
and electric motors to provide the actual feel. |

Hydraulic Loader Update |
A solution for customers who presently have simulators
with an analog control loading system driving hydraulic actuators. The
hydraulic actuators are left in place and driven by a digital computer
simulating the control models. |

Digital Stab Trim Updates |
A solution for the Stab Trim mechanical nightmare found
on simulators such as the 727. The mechanical drive is replaced with an
electric motor controlled by a Digital Computer modeling the Stab Trim
control logic. |

Base Frames & Generic
Controls |
We have supplied a number of customers with base frames
to support the Flight Control System as well as all the typical flight deck
hardware. These frames are intended for non-motion simulation. If the actual
flight controls are not required then we can supply an alternative solution
with our generic controls. |

High Speed Executive & Low
Cost I/O Systems |
We have developed a high-speed executive used to cycle
through each control model being simulated in our Digital Control Systems.
This same executive can be used to control any software requiring real-time
speeds and determinism. In conjunction
with this executive is a low cost I/O system used on our various Cockpit
Procedural Trainers (CPT) type devices that handle the Digital and Analog I/O
typically used to read switch inputs, drive lamps , relays and analog
instruments. |

Steering Wheel |
A High fidelity steering wheel system that provides a
solution for car and truck simulation. This system is very compact, providing
for a system that can be drop shipped to our cunstomers. |

Auto Throttles |
Using our existing and proven steering wheel system,
auto throttle systems are now in use in both military and commercial
simulators. |

Side Stick |
A low cost two channel system that may be configured for
many different aircraft |

Control Measurement System |
This system is used to accurately measure the forces
applied by the pilot to the aircraft flight controls. |

Seat Shaker |
A low cost single axis seat shaker. This system is very
compact and easy to install. The top plate will be manufactured to the
customer’s specification. |
